A 77-lot community of 37 single-family and 40 townhome lots, plus one commercial pad, beside the Camas Meadows golf course, taken from land acquisition through entitlement to finished, build-ready lots. Site work delivered the streets, alleys, utilities, and open-space tracts. Homes are being built by Pacific Lifestyle Homes, and the community hosted the 2025 Clark County BIA Parade of Homes.
